Selena Gomez is leaning fully into the fall weather this season, embracing layered looks, plaid, and dark colors.
The actor and Rare Beauty founder understood the changing weather assignment as she spent the last few days in London to promote her new Netflix film, Emilia Pérez. The visit included multiple stops on red carpets, a celebratory brunch, and an appearance on the Graham Norton Show.
Gomez made a statement at the London Film Festival on Friday, when she wore a gorgeous red Oscar de la Renta gown. While the showstopping dress was fit for a more formal event, Gomez kept things chic with three outfits that matched the autumn weather in the U.K., with the help of her stylist Erin Walsh.
Gomez attended a Netflix Awards Brunch on Sunday, where she went with a timeless silhouette and plaid dress made by Schiaparelli. The short buttoned-up dress is from the brand’s fall-winter 2024 collection featured large buttons down the center and on the arms. Gomez paired the outfit with black tights and black pointed pumps.

While the plaid was a brunch staple, Gomez got a bit fancier for an evening out to a gala screening hosted in part by Saint Laurent. The actor has a penchant for wearing all black (she LOVES a little black dress) and stuck with a layered outfit that’s both witchy and classic.
Gomez wore a black sheer embellished dress and matching blazer from London-based designer Erdem. She wore a black bodysuit from Wolford, diamonds from Aariya, and pointed black heels from Christian Louboutin.

On Saturday, Gomez was all-business as she attended a special Deadline Contenders panel alongside her Emilia Pérez co-stars. The event showcases the year’s biggest films and kicks off the upcoming awards season.
Gomez was a consummate professional at the event, wearing a classic suit to sit comfortably on the stage. The dark grey suit lay slightly oversized on the actor, who paired it with (maybe the same?) pointed black heels, a black v-neck shirt, and a black and gold belt.

Selena Gomez stars alongside Zoe Saldaña, Karla Sofía Gascón, and Adriana Paz in the Spanish musical. The film will be in select theaters in the U.K. and Ireland on October 25, and in the U.S. and Canada on November 1. The movie will stream on Netflix starting November 13.
