Travis Kelce Reveals His Favorite Song off of Taylor Swift’s “The Tortured Poets Department”

News

Before Travis Kelce is Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, he is a Swiftie. And he’s definitely chosen a favorite song off of Swift’s latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Kelce hosted his second annual Kelce Jam music festival in Kansas City on Saturday, May 18, with musical acts Lil Wayne, Diplo, and 2 Chainz — unfortunately no Swift as the headliner. While his famous popstar girlfriend is performing the European leg of her Eras Tour, including a new set from her 11th studio album, Kelce is letting people know which song is his favorite. People asked Kelce which of the 31 songs from the album are his favorite — and his answer is to be expected.

“I might be a little biased to ‘So High School,’” Kelce said, which is the song fans speculate is about the Kansas City Chiefs player. Swift sings that she feels “so high school every time I look at you” in the song.

The lyrics are: “Truth, dare, spin bottles/ You know how to ball, I know Aristotle/ Brand new, full-throttle/ Touch me while your bros play Grand Theft Auto/ It’s true, swear, scouts honor/ You knew what you wanted and boy, you got her.”

It’s no wonder Kelce says it’s his favorite song, and confirms that the lyrics are in fact about their relationship.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been seen together throughout Europe as the singer makes her European tour stops. The pair were photographed having a romantic date on a boat in Lake Como, Italy, and checking into the 16th-century Villa Sola Cabiati together. Kelce made sure to support Swift on her last night in Paris on Sunday, May 12, dancing in the stadium suite alongside Swift’s friends Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper. The four were shown in fan videos dancing along to the songs — including “So High School.”
