Design and Materials
This runner features a Moroccan trellis gray aesthetic accented by a beige body and brown border. The medium profile cut pile provides a balance of visual depth and a soft surface underfoot. It is designed to integrate smoothly into hallways, entryways, and staircases.
The construction incorporates a latex backing underneath. This backing is specifically included to help reduce movement on stairs and smooth indoor flooring surfaces, keeping the runner more securely in place during daily foot traffic.
Where It Works in Your Home
Runners are versatile floor coverings that bring warmth and definition to transitional spaces. This item is ideal for indoor use on hard surfaces such as hardwood, laminate, or tile floors. Placing a runner in a high-traffic corridor helps protect underlying flooring while dampening sound.
Because it is custom made to fit your stairs, it provides a cohesive look across multiple steps. When planning your layout, measure your staircase carefully to ensure the runner covers the desired step area safely and evenly.
Care and Maintenance
Keeping your runner clean helps maintain its appearance over time. Regular vacuuming on a low-power setting without a rotating brush roll removes surface dust and loose debris before they settle into the fibers.
For general upkeep, spot cleaning with mild soap and cold water can address minor spots. Always allow the rug to air dry completely before walking on it again to preserve the integrity of the backing.
