1. What Fashnal is

Fashnal is a price-comparison and referral platform. We don't sell products ourselves. When you select "Visit store," you leave Fashnal and complete your purchase directly with the seller, on the seller's own website.

2. Fashnal is not a party to the sale

Any contract of sale is between you (the buyer) and the seller. Fashnal is not a party to that contract. We don't process payment for products, hold inventory, or ship anything.

3. Returns, refunds & your consumer rights

Because the seller completes your purchase, returns and refunds are handled directly by the seller, according to their stated return policy and the consumer protection law of your country. Check a seller's return policy on the product page before buying.

4. Seller accounts

Sellers list products through a wallet funded in advance, charged a fee each time a shopper clicks through to their store. Every charge is recorded in the seller's own wallet history. New seller applications and new product listings are reviewed before they appear publicly.

5. Prohibited listings

Sellers may not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or otherwise prohibited goods. Fashnal reserves the right to reject or remove any listing, and to suspend a seller account, at its discretion.

6. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Don't attempt to manipulate click billing, create fraudulent accounts, or interfere with the platform's operation.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fashnal after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Fashnal provides the comparison service "as is." We are not liable for the accuracy of seller-provided information, seller conduct, or the outcome of a purchase made on a seller's own website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
