Design and Materials
This decorative vase features unique thumbprint detailing along its exterior, adding texture and visual interest to the solid cream finish. Crafted from terracotta and ceramic, it embodies the signature California-casual aesthetic envisioned by designer Annie Meyers-Shyer. The neutral color tone blends effortlessly into various interior styles, from modern minimalist to rustic farmhouse.
The sturdy construction gives the vessel a substantial weight of 8.09 pounds, helping to prevent accidental tipping. Its thoughtful design works well as a standalone decorative object or as a functional vessel for floral arrangements.
Size and Placement
Standing at 12.5 inches high and measuring 8.25 inches wide, this tall vase makes a noticeable statement on flat surfaces. It is intended for tabletop placement, making it suitable for dining tables, entry consoles, bookshelves, or living room coffee tables.
Because the construction is watertight, you can fill the interior with water to keep fresh cut flowers hydrated. Alternatively, use it with dried stems or artificial branches for a low-maintenance botanical display that lasts throughout the seasons.
Care and Maintenance
To keep the exterior looking its best, clean the surface using a non-abrasive cloth. Avoid harsh scrubbing pads or chemical cleaners that could damage the cream finish. Regular dusting with a soft cloth will help maintain its clean appearance over time.
